Fits 1998-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 Base models (L6-5.9L Turbo Diesel).
The aFe Twisted Steel series turbo manifold is engineered to optimize exhaust flow and turbocharger performance on the 24-valve Cummins engine. This manifold features a stepped design, transitioning from 1-3/4 inch head pipes to 2 inch mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing. This increase in diameter helps maintain high exhaust gas velocity for faster turbo spooling and improved throttle response.
Constructed for durability under high thermal stress, this manifold is 100% TIG-welded by certified craftsmen to minimize the risk of stress cracks. The 1/2 inch laser-cut T3 divided flange ensures a precision seal at the turbo mounting point, while the divided design further enhances exhaust scavenging. For enthusiasts monitoring engine vitals, the manifold is equipped with 1/8 inch NPT EGT ports for easy installation of auxiliary temperature probes.
