The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 air suspension kit is engineered to provide up to 5,000 lbs. of load-leveling capacity, making it a critical upgrade for half-ton Ford F-150 owners who regularly tow heavy trailers or haul significant bed loads. By adding adjustable air springs to your rear suspension, this kit eliminates common towing issues such as rear-end squat, trailer sway, and bottoming out.
