The Akrapovic Evolution Line (Titanium) exhaust system is a high-grade, lightweight solution engineered to optimize the performance and acoustic character of the G90 BMW M5. Constructed from proprietary titanium alloy, this system features complex components like the X-connection and collectors cast at Akrapovic's in-house foundry for maximum precision. By utilizing larger diameter main tubes and a valveless design, the system facilitates superior gas flow and cross-bank mixing, resulting in a refined, deep, and sporty tone across all drive modes.
This system delivers a measured gain of 8.5 kW (11.5 hp) and 15.6 Nm of torque, while shedding 15.44 kg over the factory setup. Installation is a straightforward plug-and-play process that requires no ECU remapping. Please note that this system requires the purchase of mandatory carbon-fiber or titanium tailpipes (sold separately) for completion.
