The Akrapovic Evolution Link Pipe Set (Titanium) is engineered to complement the Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust, creating a comprehensive system that optimizes gas flow and acoustics. Constructed from high-grade lightweight titanium alloys, this set features complex components cast in Akrapovic’s in-house foundry. The design includes a cast collector where exhaust gases from both cylinder banks mix, facilitating smoother flow and a refined, muscular V8 soundtrack without interior drone.
In dyno testing against a stock M Sport exhaust, this system achieved power gains of 17.7 hp and torque increases of 27.3 Nm, both at 4,550 rpm. Please note that installation of this link pipe set invalidates ECE type approval for the Slip-On Line and requires a mandatory ECU remap for proper operation and engine protection.
