The ARB BASE Rack Starter Mount Kit provides the essential hardware required to secure gear and cargo configurations to your roof rack. Designed specifically for the ARB BASE Rack's dovetail track system, these mounts can be attached, detached, or rearranged at any point along the rack's perimeter or internal beams for maximum flexibility. This 6-piece kit (MPN: 1780200K1) includes two distinct types of tie-down points to handle various lashing requirements.
- Spring Loaded Tie Downs (Set of 2): Manufactured from stainless steel with a 440lb lashing capacity. Features a simple half-turn mechanism for one-handed operation and quick removal when not in use.
- Eye Bolt Tie Downs (Set of 4): Constructed from forged steel eye nuts and powder-coated aluminum blocks with a 440lb lashing capacity. These remain securely on the rack to provide a fixed anchor point for ratchet straps.
- Mounting: Components attach directly to the BASE Rack dovetail track without requiring specialized tools.
- Construction: High-strength forged steel, stainless steel, and powder-coated aluminum components for corrosion resistance in off-road environments.
