Designed as part of an integrated 4X4 suspension system, these springs replace fatigued factory components to improve handling and load-carrying capability. Each leaf pack is manufactured with precision, utilizing shot peening to reduce internal stress and a full scragging process to prevent future sagging. The design incorporates draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves to ensure even load distribution and a smoother ride during articulation.
