The Old Man Emu Dakar leaf spring (CS037R) is a fundamental component of the ARB integrated 4x4 suspension system. Designed to provide superior ride performance and handling, these springs are engineered to excel under varying loads and terrain. The two-stage leaf pack design ensures maximum comfort when unladen while providing the necessary support for heavy gear or off-road equipment.
- Military Wrap Design: Provides an additional layer of safety by wrapping the leaf end around the spring eye.
- Interleaf Friction Pads: Re-greasable nylon pads reduce friction at the leaf tips to eliminate squeaks and improve ride smoothness.
- Shot Peened & Scragged: Each spring is shot peened to reduce stress and increase service life, while being fully scragged to prevent sagging.
- Precision Engineering: Features draw-tapered and diamond cut leaves for optimized stress distribution and a flat axle seat area for a secure, stable mount.
