This multi-leaf pack replaces worn-out factory springs to restore ride height and improve handling characteristics across varied terrain. Each spring is manufactured using high-grade materials and advanced processes to ensure long-term durability and resistance to sagging.
- Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads reduce friction at the leaf tips for quieter operation
- Flat axle seat area provides a positive, safe axle mount and reduces localized spring stress
- Two-stage leaf pack design maintains ride comfort when unladen while supporting heavier loads
- Shot peened and fully scragged to increase component lifespan and minimize the risk of sagging
- Military wrap design provides added safety by securing the main leaf
- Draw-tapered and diamond cut leaves ensure even stress distribution
- Bolted leaf clamps allow for the installation of anti-squeak nylon liners
