This front-specific spring (CS012FB) utilizes a multi-leaf design that distributes stress more evenly than factory units, significantly improving durability and load-carrying capacity for both recreational and commercial applications.
- Military wrap design provides additional safety by protecting the main leaf
- Draw-tapered and diamond cut leaves ensure the load is distributed across a larger surface area
- Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads reduce leaf tip friction and noise
- Shot peened construction reduces spring stress and significantly increases service life
- Fully scragged and load tested to minimize the risk of sagging over time
- Flat axle seat area allows for a positive, safe axle mount while reducing stress on the spring pack
- Bolted leaf clamps allow for the installation of anti-squeak nylon liners
