The ARB Old Man Emu Emu Dakar leaf spring (CS013FA) is engineered as a core component of an integrated 4x4 suspension system. Designed specifically for the front of the Suzuki Samurai, this heavy-duty spring improves load-carrying capacity and handling while maintaining consistent ride quality through varied terrain.
Each spring is shot-peened to reduce internal stress and increase service life, then fully scragged to eliminate the risk of premature sagging. The military wrap design adds an extra layer of safety by providing a secondary point of contact for the spring eyes. For consistent performance, the leaves are draw-tapered and diamond-cut to ensure even load distribution across the entire pack.
