Engineered as part of ARB's integrated 4X4 suspension systems, the Old Man Emu Dakar leaf springs are designed to provide optimum ride performance and load-carrying capability. The CS002F leaf spring replaces worn factory units with a pack featuring draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves to distribute weight more effectively. Each spring is shot peened to reduce stress and increase service life, then fully scragged to minimize the risk of sagging over time.
- Military wrap design provides an additional layer of safety for the spring eyes.
- Re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads reduce friction at the leaf tips for a smoother ride.
- Flat axle seat area ensures a positive, secure axle mount while reducing overall spring stress.
- Bolted leaf clamps allow for the installation of anti-squeak nylon liners to maintain quiet operation.
- Load tested to ensure the assembly meets exact manufacturer specifications for height and rate.
