Old Man Emu Emu Dakar leaf springs are engineered as part of an integrated 4x4 suspension system to provide consistent ride performance and handling regardless of operating conditions. These springs are designed to accommodate both recreational and commercial applications, offering a significant improvement in load-carrying capability and ride quality when paired with matching OME shock absorbers. Each spring undergoes rigorous load testing and technical treatments to ensure long-term durability and resistance to sagging.
- Military Wrap Design: Includes a safety wrap for added security in the event of a primary leaf failure.
- Durability Treatments: Shot peened to reduce internal stress and fully scragged to minimize the risk of spring sagging.
