The ARB Old Man Emu Dakar CS003F front leaf spring is engineered as part of a comprehensive 4x4 suspension system to provide superior ride quality and load-carrying capacity. These springs are designed to replace worn OE components, offering improved handling both on-road and across demanding off-road terrain. Each spring is shot peened to reduce internal stresses and increase service life, then fully scragged to ensure the pack maintains its height without sagging over time.
- Military Wrap Design: Provides an additional layer of safety by wrapping the second leaf around the spring eye for security.
- Anti-Friction Pads: Re-greasable nylon interleaf pads reduce friction at the leaf tips for a smoother ride and less noise.
- Flat Axle Seat: Provides a positive, safe axle mount and minimizes spring stress during articulation.
