These bars are designed to maintain maximum wheel travel while providing the necessary support for heavy front-end accessories like bull bars and winches. To ensure long-term reliability and performance, every bar is preset and hardened to prevent sagging and increase its service life cycle.
Constructed from premium-grade spring steel, these bars feature precision-drawn construction and drop-forged ends for superior strength. The splines are manufactured to exact tolerances for increased durability and a precise fit within the factory housing. For the best suspension performance, these torsion bars should be paired with Old Man Emu rear springs and matched shock absorbers.
