The ARB Right Hand Side (RHS) Spare Tire Carrier addresses the common limitations of factory tire mounts. By relocating the spare tire from the underbody or the rear door to the bumper assembly via a swing-out carrier, it protects the wheel from off-road damage and prevents stress-induced rattles and dust seal failure on the rear door hinges. This heavy-duty system is designed to accommodate a single 35-inch tire or twin 33-inch tires on most applications, providing the clearance needed for oversized off-road rubber.
Built for ease of use, the carrier features a gas-strut assisted opening mechanism that holds the arm in position even on uneven terrain. The carrier secures with a simple slam-shut operation, while the dual shear pivots ensure maximum structural integrity during high-vibration trail driving. The multi-fit stud system allows for various wheel offsets and bolt patterns, providing flexibility for aftermarket wheel selections.
