Each bolt is manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel and heat-treated to a 170,000 psi tensile strength rating. Unlike lesser fasteners, ARP threads are rolled after heat treatment, resulting in significantly higher fatigue strength. This kit features a traditional 1/2-inch hex head design, allowing for positive socket engagement and consistent torque application during the assembly process.
