Specifically engineered for Chevrolet V8 engines, this kit replaces standard mounting bolts with high-strength studs to eliminate the risk of thread wear in the block and ensure consistent clamping force under high-performance conditions.
Using studs rather than bolts simplifies the installation of high-volume pumps by allowing the pump and gasket to be precisely positioned before the fasteners are torqued.
