This kit provides the superior clamping force and consistent loading required to prevent head gasket failure and cylinder head lift in high-performance applications.
Unlike standard head bolts that twist during the torquing process, these studs are installed into the block first, allowing the nuts to be torqued to precise specifications without friction-induced torsion. This design protects the threads in your engine block and ensures a more accurate, repeatable load across the entire deck surface. Each stud is centerless ground to ensure perfect concentricity and heat-treated before thread rolling for maximum fatigue strength.
