Fits select 1985-1991 Toyota Camry, Celica, and MR2 models equipped with the 4AG 16V engine.
Maintaining absolute alignment of the main caps is critical for high-performance builds, especially when increasing RPM or boost levels. The ARP 203-5403 Main Stud Kit replaces factory main bolts with high-strength studs to virtually eliminate main cap walk and protect the engine's bottom end. Each stud is manufactured from premium 8740 chrome moly steel and heat-treated to a 200,000 psi tensile strength rating. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which provides significantly better fatigue strength compared to studs with threads cut into the material.
