Fits 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks (5.9L). This ATS Diesel Pulse Flow Exhaust Manifold is engineered to overcome the common cracking and warping issues found in factory single-piece manifolds. The innovative two-piece design allows the casting to expand and contract through extreme heat cycles without putting stress on the mounting bolts or cylinder head.
By utilizing a tuned internal architecture, the Pulse Flow design separates exhaust pulses and directs them efficiently toward the turbocharger. This optimization improves turbo spool-up time, reduces backpressure, and helps manage Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) for more consistent performance under load.
