Constructed from U.S.-sourced, CNC mandrel-bent T304L stainless steel with a 0.065-inch wall thickness, this 3-inch system is built to withstand high-clearance trail use and maintain factory departure angles. The exhaust geometry includes an equal-length looped front pipe to synchronize exhaust pulses and eliminate EcoBoost rasp, feeding into a tailored X-pipe that balances the V6 tone for a deep, smooth output. Installation is a direct bolt-on process using factory mounting points; however, removal of the spare tire is typically required to access the factory system during the swap. The kit includes a valve motor and simulator plate to ensure full ECU compatibility and prevent Check Engine Lights (CEL).
