The AWE Tuning 0FG BashGuard Edition is the ultimate high-clearance exhaust solution for the 3rd Gen Tundra. Engineered for off-road performance, this configuration terminates just after the rear axle to maximize departure angles. It features a reinforced stainless steel ring on the outlet, specifically designed to withstand the rigors of trail use and rock crawling. Despite its rugged exterior, the 0FG utilizes AWE’s patented 180 Technology®—a drone-canceling resonator system that ensures a refined, comfortable exhaust note during highway cruising without sacrificing the signature aggressive tone under load.

Constructed from U.S.-sourced .065" wall T304L stainless steel, the 3" and 2.5" CNC mandrel-bent tubing provides a clean, straight-through flow path. This system is a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory cat-back, utilizing a factory-matched inlet flange and accommodating the factory retractable BedStep®. Every kit includes wheelbase extensions to provide a perfect fit for both 145.7” and 157.7” wheelbases (Double Cab and Crew Cab models with 5.5 ft or 6.5 ft beds).
