This system is engineered to eliminate the restrictive factory piping, unlocking a deep, muscular exhaust note without any interior drone at any RPM. Performance is verified on the AWE in-house Mustang dyno, showing gains of approximately 8hp at the crank.
Built for performance and longevity, the system is constructed from mandrel-bent 2.5-inch diameter T304L stainless steel with a thick 0.065-inch wall. It features double-walled adjustable AWE exhaust tips designed to reduce heat discoloration while allowing for a custom fit in the rear valance. With a guaranteed perfect fitment and a No Check Engine Light (CEL) guarantee, this is a direct bolt-on upgrade for the 2.5L VW platform.
