Constructed from U.S.-sourced T304L stainless steel with 0.065” wall thickness, the system utilizes CNC mandrel-bent 3” and 2.25” tubing for maximum flow. It includes a bespoke straight-through mid-pipe resonator designed specifically for the Mk8 chassis to provide a deep, consistent rumble across the entire RPM range. The system is a direct bolt-on replacement and includes a slip-fit inlet adapter to mate perfectly with the factory downpipe, though the 3” connection is easily adaptable for those upgrading to an aftermarket downpipe later.
