The BAKFlip MX4 (GEN 3) represents the next evolution of the industry's most popular hard folding tonneau cover. Engineered with heavy-duty aluminum top panels reinforced by high-density polymer cores, this third-generation upgrade is 22 percent stronger than the original. Designed to sit flush with your truck's bed rails, the MX4 provides a low-profile aesthetic while maintaining maximum security through a re-engineered automatic latching system and enhanced lock components.
Weather protection is prioritized with revised EPDM rubber perimeter seals and a 13 percent longer dual-action tailgate seal that allows you to operate the tailgate regardless of the cover's position. When you need to transport oversized cargo, the panels fold upright against the cab, secured by prop rods to provide 100 percent bed access without obstructing the third brake light.
