The BAKFlip MX4 (GEN 3) is a heavy-duty hard folding tonneau cover engineered for maximum utility and security. This third-generation evolution features high-density polymer-reinforced aluminum panels that offer a 22% increase in strength over the original MX4. Designed to sit flush with your truck's bed rails for a clean profile, the MX4 provides 100% bed access by folding against the cab, secured by premium rubber bumpers and re-engineered prop rod clips.
Security is enhanced via a patented auto-latching system with reinforced lock components for improved resistance to forced entry. For weather protection, the MX4 utilizes revised EPDM rubber perimeter seals and a 13% longer dual-action tailgate seal that allows the tailgate to operate regardless of the cover's position. The textured matte black finish across the panels and rails provides a durable, UV-resistant appearance that matches OE trim.
