This system combines three critical components—the Quick-Turbo housing, the Big-Head wastegate actuator, and a high-boost compressor wheel—to deliver massive torque from idle while significantly lowering Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs).

The Quick-Turbo housing is designed to eliminate off-the-line sluggishness, providing instantaneous torque and improved acceleration. To manage this increased performance, the Big-Head wastegate actuator uses a larger diaphragm and stiffer spring to prevent the wastegate valve from blowing open under high pressure, maintaining boost through the mid-range and top-end. The included compressor wheel specifically corrects boost-level limits and prevents the compressor surge common in late 1999.5-2003 models.
