Fits select 2005-2012 Chrysler 300 and Dodge Challenger, Charger, and Magnum (5.7L Hemi).
BBK Performance shorty tuned-length exhaust headers are engineered as a direct-fit replacement for restrictive factory iron manifolds. These headers feature 1-3/4 in. CNC mandrel-bent tubing to ensure unrestricted exhaust flow and improved scavenging waves, leading to more efficient combustion and increased horsepower and torque across the powerband.
Each header is constructed with heavy-duty 3/8 in. laser-cut flanges to provide additional strength and prevent warping for a guaranteed leak-free seal. The titanium ceramic finish offers superior thermal insulation, reducing under-hood temperatures while protecting the headers from corrosion. Every unit is robotically and precision hand-welded, then pressure tested to ensure long-term reliability on the street or track.
