Fits 2005-2010 Chrysler 300, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger, and Dodge Magnum (3.5L).
BBK Performance shorty tuned length headers are engineered to improve exhaust flow and scavenging for the 3.5L V6 engine. These headers replace restrictive factory manifolds with CNC-mandrel bent 1-5/8 inch primary tubing, ensuring balanced flow and reduced backpressure. The 3/8-inch thick laser-cut exhaust flanges provide a robust sealing surface to prevent heat distortion and exhaust leaks. Finished in a titanium ceramic coating, these headers offer superior heat insulation and corrosion resistance. Each unit is individually pressure tested to ensure reliable, leak-free performance under high-heat conditions.
- Direct bolt-on fitment using factory mounting locations
- 1-5/8 inch CNC-mandrel bent primary tubing for unrestricted flow
