Replace your restrictive factory iron exhaust manifolds with BBK Performance shorty tuned length headers to unlock additional horsepower and torque from your Hemi engine. These headers are engineered with 1-3/4 in. CNC mandrel-bent tubing to provide unrestricted exhaust flow and improved scavenging waves for more efficient combustion. The polished silver ceramic coating not only provides a high-quality finish but also manages under-hood temperatures and resists corrosion.

Constructed for durability and a precision fit, these headers feature 3/8 in. laser-cut exhaust flanges to prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal. Each unit is robotically and hand-welded, then pressure tested for long-term reliability.
