Fits select 1986-2010 Ford Mustang models (LX, GT, Mach 1, SVT Cobra, and Shelby GT500). When installing a set of BBK Performance long tube exhaust headers, the oxygen sensors are relocated to positions further downstream than the factory wiring can reach. These BBK O2 sensor wire harness extensions (part number 1676) provide a simple, reliable solution to extend the reach of your factory harness without any cutting or splicing.
- Direct-fit OE-style connectors for a secure, plug-and-play installation
- Required for most full-length long tube header and mid-pipe installs
- Maintains factory circuit integrity without the need for manual wire splicing
- Manufactured in the USA for high-quality performance and durability
- Sold as a pair (includes two extensions)
Note: Because factory connector orientations can vary, you may occasionally need to remove the small directional locator tabs from the ends of the connectors to allow them to click into place. These plastic tabs can be easily trimmed or filed off for a perfect fit.
