Fits 1986-1993 Ford Mustang GT, LX, and SVT Cobra models. This BBK 76mm Mass Air Meter (MAF) is engineered to replace the restrictive factory unit, providing a significant increase in airflow for improved throttle response and horsepower. It is specifically calibrated for vehicles equipped with 24 lb/hr fuel injectors and a cold air intake system (Cold Air Calibration) to maintain accurate air-fuel ratios.
Each meter is built around a CNC-machined large-bore cast aluminum housing that ensures precise tolerances and durability. The custom-calibrated BBK electronic sensor accurately measures intake air volume, allowing the ECU to optimize fueling for performance. This direct-fit upgrade is a bolt-on solution for 5.0L Fox Body enthusiasts looking to support higher power levels.
