Replace your restrictive factory manifolds with BBK Performance shorty unequal length exhaust headers to unlock increased horsepower and torque. These headers are engineered for a direct-fit, bolt-on installation, making them an ideal upgrade for street trucks and workhorses alike. Constructed from 1-5/8 inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing, they ensure unrestricted exhaust flow compared to the tight radiuses of OE cast manifolds. To prevent warping and ensure a leak-free seal against the cylinder head, each header features a 3/8-inch laser-cut flange. The polished silver ceramic finish not only provides a high-end look but also serves as a thermal barrier to reduce under-hood temperatures and resist corrosion.
Every set is robotically and precision hand-welded before undergoing pressure testing for long-term durability. These headers are 50-state legal and CARB-approved, making them a worry-free performance upgrade for vehicles nationwide.
