The BBK Power Plus Series 65mm throttle body is engineered as a high-flow direct replacement for the restrictive factory unit on SN95 5.0L Mustangs. By increasing the bore to 65mm, this upgrade provides up to 30% more airflow, resulting in sharper throttle response and increased horsepower and torque. Designed to integrate seamlessly with the factory engine calibration, this unit requires no aftermarket tuning for operation.
Each throttle body is CNC machined from a premium 356 aluminum casting to ensure precise tolerances and a leak-free fit. The assembly is built for durability with professional-grade components, including OEM-style die-stamped throttle linkages, double-sealed bearings, and O-ringed throttle shafts to prevent vacuum leaks and ensure smooth operation. Proudly manufactured in the USA, this kit includes all necessary gaskets for a complete installation.
