Upgrade your restrictive factory manifolds with BBK Performance Shorty Tuned Length Exhaust Headers (MPN: 4008). These headers are engineered as a direct-fit replacement to improve exhaust scavenging and overall engine efficiency. Constructed from 1-5/8 inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing, they minimize backpressure to help unlock additional horsepower and torque while improving fuel economy over stock or equal length alternatives.
Each header features a heavy-duty 3/8-inch laser-cut flange for maximum strength and a guaranteed leak-free seal against the cylinder head. The titanium ceramic finish provides superior heat insulation and corrosion resistance, lowering under-hood temperatures and protecting the headers from the elements. These units are robotically and precision hand-welded, then pressure-tested to ensure long-term durability in real-world driving conditions.
