BBK Performance shorty tuned length exhaust headers are engineered as a direct-fit replacement for restrictive factory manifolds, delivering increased horsepower and torque by improving exhaust scavenging and flow. These headers are manufactured in the USA using 1-5/8-inch CNC mandrel-bent tubing to minimize backpressure and 3/8-inch laser-cut flanges for a rigid, leak-free mounting surface.

Each header is robotically and precision hand-welded before undergoing pressure testing to ensure long-term durability. The polished silver ceramic finish provides a premium appearance while acting as a thermal barrier to reduce under-hood temperatures. This kit is 50-state emissions legal and includes all necessary gaskets and hardware to complete the install.
