Fits 2003-2007 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty (6.0L).
Maintain a reliable exhaust seal on your 6.0L PowerStroke with the BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Bolt and Spacer Kit. Factory and many aftermarket bolts often lack the necessary length and material strength to withstand the extreme heat cycles of a diesel engine, leading to fatigue, stretching, and eventual breakage. This kit replaces damaged or corroded hardware with heavy-duty Class 10.9 fasteners designed for superior thermal durability.
The included 18mm spacers are critical for maintaining hardware integrity; they ensure each bolt operates within its elastic stretch range, preventing permanent yield or fracture during thermal expansion. To further ensure longevity, these fasteners are non-zinc-plated to eliminate the risk of zinc embrittlement at high temperatures.
