This heavy-duty BD Diesel Roadmaster 68RFE transmission package is engineered to address common factory weaknesses while maintaining stock clutch counts for reliable, smooth operation. By integrating the Protect68 valve body and a Pro Force torque converter, this kit provides a significant upgrade in fluid control and power transfer for performance diesel applications.

The system features a custom bonded gasket valve body separator plate to eliminate internal cross-leaks and a BD pressure enhancer capable of supporting up to 220psi line pressure. To ensure long-term durability, the pump includes a machined and sleeved TCC limit valve to combat high-wear issues, while the included BD deep sump oil pan increases fluid capacity for improved thermal management.
