The factory 3.5L EcoBoost exhaust manifolds are prone to thermal warping, which leads to snapped studs and costly exhaust leaks. This BD Diesel Performance driver-side manifold is engineered to solve these common failures. Cast from high-silicon ductile iron with a thick-wall design, it is built to withstand extreme heat cycles without distorting. To ensure a permanent seal, BD incorporates three additional exhaust stud locations and provides 15mm longer studs with spacers to better distribute clamping force and allow for thermal expansion.
