Fits 2013-2018 Ram 3500 (6.7L) with the AISIN AS69RC transmission. This package is specifically engineered to address common failure points and support the increased output of modified Cummins engines.
The BD Diesel Towmaster transmission replaces vulnerable factory components with a proprietary, nitride-coated billet K2 hub and a billet K3 drum. These upgrades eliminate the notorious clutch tooth wear issues found in standard AS69RC units. By utilizing these billet components, BD Diesel has significantly increased the clutch capacity across the K2, K3, and B1 packs for superior torque handling and durability during heavy towing.
The system features an upgraded valve body with a stiffer pressure regulator spring to increase maximum line pressure and improve clutch application. For thermal management, a deep sump pan is included, adding 3.5 quarts of fluid capacity to enhance cooling and extend fluid life. This package comes complete with a ProForce torque converter featuring triple-disk friction for reliable stator operation and converter clutch apply.
