The BD Diesel Screamer Turbo and Exhaust Manifold Package (MPN 1045871) is a performance-driven, 50-state legal upgrade that replaces the stock assembly with high-efficiency components. This drop-in kit features the Screamer turbocharger paired with a pulse-flow manifold, designed to reduce backpressure and increase turbine flow while maintaining a factory-like appearance. With the right supporting modifications, this package can support power levels up to 690 HP.

The turbo utilizes a 64.5mm Ballistic Billet compressor wheel and a 70mm Low MOI QST turbine wheel. The QST wheel design offers a 15% reduction in moment of inertia (MOI) and 25% thinner blades, significantly improving spool response and gas flow. To ensure long-term durability, the manifold is cast from high-silicon ductile iron with precision slip joints that allow for thermal expansion without cracking or exhaust leaks.
