The BD Diesel Stage 4 6R140 Transmission and Torque Converter Package is a fully remanufactured, matched set engineered for 6.7L Power Stroke applications that demand extreme reliability. Designed for towing, street use, or track performance, this package is dyno-tested as a complete unit to ensure seamless operation and maximum holding power. Every assembly includes a BD Heavy Duty deep-sump transmission pan for increased fluid capacity and a brand new valve body.

This Stage 4 build utilizes BD's patented pressure plates, allowing for significantly increased clutch counts without compromising component strength. The included electronic line pressure controller delivers up to 300psi at wide-open throttle—only active when boost exceeds 15psi to avoid parasitic load—providing 76% more theoretical holding power compared to stock. To ensure durability under heavy diesel torque, a machined steel reaction ring replaces the flexible factory stamping, while the torque converter features furnace-brazed fins and a dual-surface clutch assembly.
