The BD Diesel Pulse Exhaust Manifold is a heavy-duty, performance-grade replacement for the factory 12-valve Cummins manifold. Engineered using high-silicon ductile iron, this fully divided pulse manifold is designed to withstand the extreme thermal loads and vibrations common in diesel applications. The design incorporates precision-machined slip joints that allow for thermal expansion and contraction, which significantly reduces cyclic thermal fatigue and prevents the common cracking and exhaust leaks found in rigid OE castings.
