The BD Diesel Pulse Exhaust Manifold is a precision-engineered upgrade designed to solve the common issue of manifold cracking and shrinking in Cummins applications. Cast from high-silicon ductile iron, this manifold is built to withstand extreme exhaust gas temperatures and the vibration typical of heavy-duty diesel use. The fully divided pulse design optimizes exhaust gas flow to the turbocharger for better efficiency and spool-up.

This kit features precision-machined slip joints that allow the manifold to expand and contract during heat cycles. This movement significantly reduces cyclic thermal fatigue, protecting both the manifold and the cylinder head from warping or exhaust leaks. For ease of monitoring, the casting is pre-drilled and tapped for pyrometer probes.
