Fits select 2011-2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks (6.7L Power Stroke).
Maximize your towing control and safety with the BD Diesel Variable Vane Brake (VVB). This system utilizes the existing variable geometry turbocharger (VGT) technology in your 6.7L Power Stroke engine to provide supplemental braking force. By electronically closing the turbo vanes, the system creates up to 60 PSI of exhaust backpressure in the combustion chamber, generating over 110 retarding horsepower to help maintain speeds on steep descents without overheating your service brakes.
Designed for seamless integration, the VVB communicates with the factory cruise control to automatically manage acceleration and deceleration. It features a simple plug-and-play installation into factory ports and includes an in-dash push-to-engage button for immediate activation.
