The BD Diesel Performance Cast Exhaust Manifold is engineered to resolve the common issues of cracking and warping found in factory manifolds. Cast from high-silicon ductile iron, this fully divided pulse manifold is built to withstand the extreme temperature cycling inherent in 6.7L Cummins engines, especially during DPF regeneration cycles. The design features precision-machined slip joints that allow the manifold to expand and contract freely, significantly reducing cyclic thermal fatigue and preventing exhaust leaks.

This manifold serves as a heavy-duty stock replacement for the Holset HE351 turbocharger and is fully EGR compatible. The thick-walled casting improves durability for high-heat applications, and the manifold comes pre-drilled for pyrometer probes to simplify EGT monitoring. Please note that gaskets, bolts, and spacer kits are required for installation and are sold separately.
