The BD Diesel Deep Sump Transmission Pan (MPN 1061720) significantly increases oil capacity by 6 quarts over the factory stamped steel pan. Cast from 356T6 aluminum, the pan features external heat-dissipating fins and a thick-walled design that adds structural rigidity to the transmission, helping to prevent case twisting under high torque loads.

Engineered to provide maximum fluid volume while maintaining sufficient ground clearance, this pan is a direct-fit upgrade. The kit includes a magnetic drain plug to trap internal wear debris and features a pre-tapped port for easy installation of a temperature sending unit.
