Engineered to solve the common cracking issues found in OEM Ford 6.7L manifolds, the BD Diesel Exhaust Manifold Kit provides a heavy-duty solution for high-heat environments. These manifolds are constructed from high-silicon ductile iron with 0.275-inch thick walls—making them 75% thicker than stock components. This added mass significantly improves heat retention and prevents the warping and cracking caused by extreme exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs).

The kit features a Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) optimized design for efficient flow and is finished in a high-temperature POR-15 black coating for corrosion resistance. To ensure a lasting seal, BD Diesel includes longer exhaust studs and thick, black-oxide-coated spacers that offer improved thermal durability compared to factory hardware across all eight cylinders. This set is fully EGR compatible and 50-state emissions legal.
