The BD Diesel 1041480 Exhaust Manifold Set is a heavy-duty solution for the common warping and leaking issues found in factory 6.0L PowerStroke manifolds. These heavy-walled units provide superior thermal stability and durability, eliminating the need for the extensive machine work typically required to recover distorted OE castings. Designed as a preventative upgrade or a direct replacement for rusted factory units, these manifolds feature a corrosion-resistant coating and come pre-drilled for pyrometer (EGT) probes for easy monitoring of engine vitals.
