BD Diesel 1043001 Exhaust Manifold Set for Select Ford & Lincoln 2011-2024 (3.5L)

The factory 3.5L EcoBoost exhaust manifolds suffer from an inherent design flaw: while the cylinder head features 11 threaded stud locations, the original equipment (OE) manifold only utilizes 8. This uneven clamping pressure frequently leads to warped manifolds, broken exhaust studs, and blown gaskets. BD Diesel solves this by providing a manifold set that utilizes all 11 mounting locations, providing the structural integrity and sealing force the engine should have had from the factory.

Constructed from thicker-walled high-silicon ductile iron, these manifolds are engineered to resist thermal warping under the high temperatures common in turbocharged applications. The kit also includes an upgraded hardware set featuring 15mm longer Class 8.8 studs and specialized spacers to better accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, significantly increasing long-term durability.
